McLeod Behavioral Hospital

AS Realty Investors identified an existing bank building in a prime infill area in Las Vegas, and worked with an architecture and engineering team to design a conversion to a behavioral health hospital. AS Realty also spear-headed the challenging entitlement process and was successfully granted a special use permit for the project.
